Shipping Information:
- $5.95 Flat Rate Shipping on all US orders.
- Dog treats are shipped from our warehouse and will arrive within 4 to 10 Business Days.
- Mugs are printed and then shipped. We ship once a week so you can expect to receive it in 7-14 business days.
Returns:

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 Days from the time of delivery to return for a refund. Just send us an email with a brief description on why the product did not meet your expectations and we will provide a return authorization number that is required when shipping the return. You are responsible for return shipping. A refund will be given once the return is received.
